To duplicate a meeting template, first go to Meeting Template from the Main Navigation Bar, and select on the Meeting template you would like to duplicate. Click on the Options Menu of that meeting template and then click on the Duplicate. At this point, administrators can select whether to copy just the meeting profile, or to include the agenda structure as well.

By selecting the Include agenda structure option, the overall structure of the meeting is copied including categories, sub-items, and default text (resolutions, minutes, etc). If this option is not selected, then only the meeting profile will be copied, and the agenda structure for the new meeting type will be blank.

Deactivate a Meeting Template

Meeting Templates are Deactivated which allows eScribe Administrators the ability to preserve the original template configuration as well as the flexibility to re-activate the template as needed.

To deactivate the meeting template, click the Options Menu for the specific meeting type, and click Deactivate Template. You will then get a prompt that will ask you to confirm deactivating the template.

Note: Meetings that were previously created using a de-activated template will continue to appear on the Meetings List, however they will not appear in the filter option to search for meetings of that meeting type.
