Go to Main Navigation Bar > Templates >Meeting Template > select specific Meeting Template >select specific Agenda Item's Options Menu > Edit Item
To update items within an agenda structure, ensure that the meeting type is selected, and click the Edit Item option.
When click on Edit Item, the form will load with details of the selected agenda item. Simply make any required changes, and click Save Changes.
Please Note: Any changes to the Agenda Template cannot be captured in existing meetings. Existing meetings will have to be updated per meeting.
