Updating a Meeting Template - Permissions

Go to Meeting Templates > click Meeting Template's options menu> click Edit Template >expand the Permissions drop down. 

This section allows eScribe Administrators to assign permissions for Administrators and Contributors who will be working with this template. Once the meeting template has been updated, expand the menu option "Permissions" to assign new permission or edit existing permissions for a user.

Begin adding users who will require the ability to interact with the meeting template or review reports that are in Draft or Approved status by clicking " Add Permission".

Permissions levels are explained below:

Modify Meeting Template Make changes to this meeting template and agenda structure. N

 

Manage Meetings

 

Manage meetings created using this template. User with only Manage Meetings permission cannot create meetings. N

Create Meetings

 

Able to create a meeting using this template. If selected when meeting created.
Manage Approvals Able to approve, decline or edit approval workflows for this meeting type. N
Manage Tasks Control over any tasks in a meeting using this template. N

Modify Meeting Template

Make changes to this meeting template and agenda structure. N
View Draft Documents Access to view draft reports for this meeting type. Adding users at the meeting template level, allows the contributor to see all reports if they are not part of the department that created the initial report. N
View Approved Documents Access to view Approved reports for this meeting type. Adding users at the meeting template level, allows the contributor to see all reports if they are not part of the department that created the initial report. N
