Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select a Meeting > select an agenda item > Minutes tab of agenda item
As items are added to an eSCRIBE agenda in Meeting (Not Started) mode, draft minutes can be captured under the Minutes tab of the agenda item. Minutes textboxes can be inserted for each agenda item with designated text associated with them.
As a best practice, capturing as many details as possible before the meeting will assist in capturing minutes during the meeting quickly. During Meeting (In Session) mode, any details that were captured before the meeting can be edited, as well as additional details added that arise during the meeting (ex: voting details). In Meeting (Concluded) mode the minutes details can be finalized before publishing minutes for Participants or publishing minutes to the Internet.
