If using the Closed Session Special Action (Closed Meeting within an open meeting) , Administrators can assign Closed Session access to each Participant in a Attendee Group or within a specific Meeting who will require access to Closed session.
Adding Closed Session Access in an Attendee Group
Go to the Main Navigation Bar.
Click Attendee Groups.
Select an Attendee Group.
Select an Attendee.
Click the attendee’s Options Menu.
Select Edit Attendee.
Adding Closed Session Access in a Meeting
This access can also be controlled on a meeting by meeting basis for attendees.
In a Meeting, select Attendees from the Action Menu.
Locate the Attendee and click their Options Menu.
Select Edit Attendee.
The Edit Attendee flyout will appear. From here, you can grant Closed Session access on a meeting-by-meeting basis (e.g., for infrequent attendees who require one-time access to a Closed Session).
Click Save Changes to grant Closed Session access for that attendee.
Note: The closed session must still be published to Participants separately, in order for them to get full visibility to the Closed Session.
