Go to the Main Navigation Bar > Attendee Groups > select a Attendee Group > select an Attendee > click on the attendee's Options Menu > Edit Attendee

If using the Closed Session Special Action, Administrators can assign Closed Session access to each Participant in a Attendee Group. Under the Attendee Group section of eSCRIBE, Administrators can edit  attendees and select the Allowed in Closed Sessions checkbox. Click on Save Changes for that attendee.

This access can also be controlled on a meeting by meeting basis for attendees. In a meeting, select Attendees from the Action Menu.

You will select the attendee's options menu and select Edit Attendee.

The same Edit Attendee fly out will appear to grant Closed Session access on a meeting by meeting basis. (Eg. Infrequent attendees who need access to Closed Session one time). Click on Save Changes for that attendee to grant them Closed Session access.

Administrators in an Attendee Group cannot have this access removed, thus giving Administrators full access to the Closed Session. Even though an attendee has closed session access, the closed session must still be published to Participants separately, in order for them to get full visibility to the Closed Session.
