Updating a Meeting Template - Package Section - Configure Agenda Package

This article explains the fields and settings found when Updating a Meeting Template. Go to Meeting Templates click Edit Template expand the Package Settings drop-down Configure Agenda Package

Agenda Package Options	Show Page Number on Agenda Package Show Motions in Agenda Package Enter value of Motion Label in the text box ie: Recommendation: Select Motion Text Style to Bold the label Show Sponsor in Agenda Package Show Timer Value in Agenda Package Add Signature Line Enter Signature Name #1 Add Additional Signature Name if needed (Signature Name is displayed under signature)
Additional Documents	Upload additional documents to include in the Agenda Package
