Browser Requirements

The latest two versions of the following browsers are supported:

• Chrome
• Edge
• Safari

Required Browser Configurations

• JavaScript must be enabled
• Cookies must be enabled
• Local storage must be enabled
• TLS v1.2 or above
• eScribe must be added as a trusted site
• eScribe URL must be whitelisted if using any pop-up blockers
• Ad-blockers are not recommended
• cdn.tiny.cloud must be whitelisted on your network, firewall, and web filters

Please note: eScribe's rich text editor, used for agenda item descriptions, motions, and minutes, loads from cdn.tiny.cloud. If your organization's firewall, proxy, or web filter blocks this domain, the editor will not load correctly. For example, the minutes text box may appear truncated, or text you type may not be visible. If you see this behaviour, ask your IT department to add cdn.tiny.cloud to your allowlist.
