Conclude the meeting as normal, which will also Stop the Recording. In Meeting (Concluded) mode, Administrators will see that the Video tab will not appear for agenda items:

To get the Video tab for each agenda item, you will click on the Settings option in the meeting.

From this page, enter the URL of the video from YouTube or Vimeo and click Save Changes.

The video's bookmarks can now be edited for agenda items by going to the Video tab. Afterwards, the Video can be published.

For YouTube videos, please ensure the format of the YouTube URL shows: www.youtube.com/watch?.... 

www.youtube.com/live... (the URL seen during the live stream) is not compatible with this field.
