Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select specific meeting > Settings icon

Upon concluding the meeting, the video file will automatically be added, and can be seen in the Meeting (Concluded) mode.  You can change the video file or reference a video file that was uploaded outside of eSCRIBE through the Settings option in the meeting.

From the Settings, you will see the Archived Video URL field.

Enter (or copy/paste) the full URL to the .mp4 file, click Save. YouTube and Vimeo URLs are compatible with this field, as well.

For YouTube videos, please ensure the format of the Youtube URL shows: www.youtube.com/watch?....

www.youtube.com/live... (the URL seen during the live stream) is not compatible with this field.

Note:  In order to publish the video that you provided your own link for (above) you must ensure that the video file you are linking to in the “Archived Stream” field is available publicly online for it to publish to your website.
