Meetings can be recorded using YouTube or Vimeo as the host for videos. Please follow the following steps to set up Live Streaming YouTube/ Vimeo to your eSCRIBE site.
- Once the feature is purchased and Administrators are ready to start using Live Streaming YouTube/ Vimeo for an upcoming meeting cycle, please inform your Customer Success Manager, Implementation Consultant or Customer Education Specialist.
- The Customer Success Manager, Implementation Consultant or Customer Education Specialist will email eSCRIBE's Support Team to enable the feature.
- Once the feature is enabled, Live Streaming must be enabled for each meeting template.
- From the Main Navigation Bar, go to Templates > Meeting Templates.
- Click the options menu of an existing meeting template and click on Edit Template.
- Under Meeting Settings, click on Configure Meeting Settings.
- Under the General tab, click on the checkbox that says Enable Live Streaming.
- Click on Save Changes.
- Repeat steps 5-8 for each existing template.
