Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select specific meeting > Public Display toggle
During the meeting, the Public Display screen can be projected or displayed on the meeting room’s display screens, to show a combination of agenda details and vote results.
To access the Public Display, select the Public Display toggle in a meeting. This toggle will appear, when you are in Meeting (In-Session) mode.
The Public Display is available to use for all meetings of that meeting template. There are two options available to select from : Agenda View (customizable settings including logo and meeting details) and a Logo View which displays a logo of choice as a still image until a vote is open.
Note: Each Public Display option will open in a new tab in the Administrator's web browser. Only one Public Display can be used at a time.
To enable the default Public Display view, Administrators will need to go the Meeting Templates from the Main Navigation Bar. When you edit a meeting template, go to Configure Meeting Settings. Under the Public Display tab, you will have the option to set Logo View or Agenda View as the default view for this meeting type.
Note: Administrators can only choose one type of Public Display view as their default view. If Administrators would like to change the default view, they will need to go to the Public Display settings to make that change. From there, the change can be seen with existing and future meetings.
