Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select Meeting > select Agenda Item with a Vote > Minutes tab > Open Voting
Once a vote is open, eSCRIBE will display any votes that are missing in red, and these vote lines will be updated as each participant casts their vote.
Select the option Hide Completed Votes to have Voting Participants' votes disappear from the list, when their vote is cast. This is helpful especially for organizations with a large number of voting members.
Once all votes have been cast, the Administrator will click Close Voting to calculate the result of the vote.
Note: The Public Display, if used, will display the vote results, depending on the configuration.
