Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meeting > select Meeting > select an Agenda Item > Minutes tab > Add drop down menu > Add Motion
eSCRIBE's Electronic Voting module will allow Administrators to push a ballot to Voting Participants, as set by the Attendee Group. The Voting Participant will then cast their vote on the electronic ballot.
Administrators would need to Add Motion and save it, before opening it to voting:
Administrators would then click on Open Voting when viewing a vote that has been added to an agenda item:
Note: The Move/Second option allows Voting Participants to submit requests to Move or Second a vote when using the eSCRIBE Meetings Professional App only. Please contact your Customer Success Manager and/or Implementation Consultant for more information.
