Go to Main Navigation Bar > Meetings > select a Meeting > Publish (Tab bar) > Participant (drop down menu)
Step 1: Publishing the Meeting Date
Navigate to the Publish Tab, select Participant and click on Post Minutes from the left hand list. Post Minutes will appear once the meeting has concluded and a minutes package has been prepared.
Step 2: Publish Agenda Package:
Click Preview open the package in a word format to view only. Click " Publish" to post the package to the Web Browser and Meeting Professional Apps.
