Additional documents can also be published along with an eScribe meeting. These documents will be available from the meeting list page on the website.
Click the "Publish" Tab in the meeting site and Upload Document button to begin adding files. Please note the meeting date must be published prior to the documents publishing.
Users can upload a single file or upload multiple files:
Once the file (s) have been uploaded, Administrators can Reorder, Preview and Publish the documents. Any published documents will appear on the customer's iFrame once the meeting date has been published.
Additional Documents will appear between the meeting date and documents created by eScribe.
