While Publishing an eSCRIBE Meeting to the Internet, Public Comments will be available upon publishing the Meeting, however are only available to members of the public once the HTML Agenda is also Published. The image below indicates the steps required in order for Public Comments to be made by the public;

Public Comments can be disabled by clicking on the toggle and this will disable the option from the Internet. The HTML Agenda will remain published.

Public Comments will be disabled automatically based on the deadline set in the Meeting Type, or when scheduling the meeting site
