Go to Main Navigation Bar Tasks My Assigned Tasks
The My Assigned Tasks screen list will display any tasks from meetings where you have access. This level of access is determined by your user role, and can be configured by Portal Administrators and eSCRIBE Administrators with sufficient privileges.
To view more details to an assigned task, click on the Options Menu of that task and select View Task.
You will get a fly-out of the task, which includes details like Status, Due Date, Priority, and details of the task.
As Administrators, you will review the tasks and update the task accordingly with appropriate status and details about completion of the task. Ensure you click on Save Changes to update the task. Administrators will monitor this page to ensure tasks are completed by the due date.
