Participants (Web Based) - Adding Comments

eScribe Participants (Meeting Attendees)  can annotate a meeting’s agenda by entering comments against agenda items. Depending on the configuration set up by your meeting administrators, the following types of comments may be available:

  • Private Comments
    • Private for each participant only. These comments will be available each time you view an agenda item’s details. The text within the comments box is visible to the user only and cannot be viewed by any other user within eScribe.  Comments can be cleared by the user or the meeting administrator.
  • Group Comments
    • These comments are shared by all meeting participants.
  • Chair Comments  (for Chairpersons only)
    • These comments are private between the designated meeting chairperson and meeting administrator only.

eSCRIBE Participants can clear comments they have entered against agenda items by access by clicking " My Comments" and Clear Comments from the options menu.
