Annotations are a built-in PDF Tool geared towards Participants (Meeting Attendees) to mark up PDFs without having to download or plugin anything into their desktop browsers or tablets. The Annotation tool is currently available to be accessed on attachments within the Agenda at this current time only.
How to Annotate
Annotations can be captured on the attachments contained with the Meeting. To begin annotating, locate the attachment and select Open from the options menu to begin annotating with eScribe. If a user selects Download they will not have access to the annotation toolbar.
To start annotating attachments during the meeting, users can utilize the top navigation toolbar as illustrated below. The primary annotation tools are located in zones 8, 9, 10, and 11, while the other zones contain basic tools. The table below provides a description of each tool and how to best apply it to the documentation. Annotations are saved frequently (2 seconds) to ensure data is secure within eScribe.
