The following screen is a typical layout for Participant upon login to their eScribe instance. Users can filter the Meetings List between Meeting Type, Status (Published/Unpublished) and Date Range which allows you to select pre-determined filters and specific dates using a calendar. A legend of each section follows.

1 – Meetings List |
Displays a list of Meeting the Participant where the user is an attendee. |

2 – User Approvals |
Displays approval tasks assigned to the Participant. |

3 - Resource Library |
Resource Library is available for all users and allows them to open download files via the browser. |

4 - Tasks |
Tasks are action items triggered by an eScribe Administrator which requires users to complete by a specific due date. |
|
5 - Reporting |
Contains a list of reports accessible by the user if they attendees within the respective meeting. |
