Board Manager - Managing Term Expiration

Term Expiration is pre-set number of days where Board Manager will notify administrators of members with upcoming expiring terms. The default number of days is 30 days prior to expiration, however that can value can be changed in your Configuration Package.

By clicking on the expiring terms icon, users will be brought to a Members page displaying only those expiring.

Click on the Member name to view or make edits to the profile.  Any expiring terms will be highlighted yellow. Once the term end date has reached, the status moves to Past Term.

Administrators can chose to enable email notifications for themselves and other members on the respective Board to be notified for members who expiring soon.  The member with the expiring term will receive an email by default.
