As applications arrive in the queue, the default status is Pending and does not have any actions tied to the status or generates any email notifications at this stage. All sites are pre loaded with Pending, Approved and Rejected. Additional status options are managed under Settings Vacancy Management.
Approving an Application:
To approve an application, select Approved from the drop down which will then trigger the + sign to the right. This allows a new member to be added to the Member's page from within the screen. Once the member has been added to a Board, an email will be sent out informing them of the addition.
Rejecting an Application:
To reject an application, select Rejected which will send an email automatically to the candidate letting them know their application was not successful. Board Manager - Email Notifications
The ability to delete the applicant is only possible once the status is Rejected.
