Board Manager - Creating Applicant Packages

To create an application package which consists of the resume and application details, place a checkmark  in the column as displayed below. To export  the applicant package in alphabetical order by Last Name, First Name in the PDF file, click on the Name link in the header. Then proceed to create the applicant package.

Once all applications have been selected, click the " Create Applicant Package" to generate a PDF Package(s) as needed.

On the next pop up, select which question(s) will be extracted as part of the application package. This list will include default questions that are part of the application form as well as any other custom questions added. If needed, the filename may be changed prior to saving the PDF Copy.

If required, the applicant packages can be deleted and regenerated as needed.
