Vacancies can be accessed on the Dashboard under the " Vacancies" bucket or the" Applications" bucket.
To add a new Vacancy, click the + icon located at the bottom left hand corner of the Vacancies page. Complete all required fields to save the vacancy.
Once a Vacancy has been saved, administrators can select on the main page if they are currently accepting applications. If the " Accepting Applicants" slider has been set to "Yes", the vacancy will display on the published iFrame page. If the slider has been set to " No", the vacancy will only be available on the Admin Portal. Applications will continue to be accepted even after the positions have been filled therefore Administrators will need to turn the slider to off.
| Field | Explanation |
| Board Name | Select which Board the vacancy applies to. This list will display all published and non published Boards. |
| Position | Select which position the vacancy is for. Positions are populated from Position Management under Settings. |
| Number of Open Positions | Enter the number of open positions. Please note the number of open positions value is not displayed on the vacancy. |
| Term Start | Enter start date of Term. The length of term is managed by the Board Details. |
| Term End | Term end will auto populate based on the Board Details. Users may change the date as needed. |
| Upload Attachment |
Option to upload any supporting document files to the vacancy. Acceptable file types are Word, Excel, PPT & PDF. Supporting documents will be visible on the vacancy entry by hovering over the paperclip icon. |
| Details |
Free form text box used to display additional information that is beneficial to the applicant. Examples of helpful information include number of open positions. To add hyperlinks to the description: Insert: Link Function. |
