Members

Once a new member has been added to a Board, they can be published on the public website or can remain in Board Manager in an unpublished status till ready. Once a member has been added a Board, only then can an Admin decide to unpublish or publish.

Member Status:

A member may have one of the following statuses:

Published: Any member who has a status of "Published" will be visible in the members list to both the admins and the public website. The icon for the published member will be shaded green.

Semi Published: If a member belongs to multiple Boards, eSCRIBE Administrators can select which Boards to publish to. The icon color for the semi-published member will be shaded orange. Semi published members appear when an Administrators selects from the member details which Board to display to.

Unpublished: Any member who has a status of unpublished will be only be visible to Administrators. The icon color will be shaded black.
