Board Manager - Email Notifications

 To modify the default emails sent to Administrators ( admins and user( board applicant/applicant admin), members and new applicants, select  Email Notifications from the Settings menu on the portal.

Modifications of the default text emails will apply to all Boards and all applications.

Emails without available toggles indicate that the email will be sent out by default, however the wording maybe edited.

The following emails notifications maybe customized as needed.

Email Notification Description
Board Applicants Used to inform admins, applicant admins, board applicants and members (if enabled) of a new Board Application received. In order for admins to receive emails, the applicant must click the link sent to their email.
Board Applicant Email Confirmation Confirmation message that applicants receive after applying to a board. Please note this option cannot be disabled.
Board Applicant Rejected Message to inform Admins& Users/Members that an applicant has been rejected for consideration. Please note this option cannot be disabled for the applicant - only for the admins and members (if enabled)
New Board Member Added

Once a member has been approved and added to a Board, a customize message can be sent out to all the Admins& Users/Members informing them, that a new Member has been added to the Board.

Board Manager - Email Notification Template (New Board Added )

Board Member Removed Message to inform when member has been removed from a board.
Expiring Term (Administrator) Message to inform about an upcoming term expiration of a fellow board member. Please note this option cannot be disabled.
Expiring Term (Member) Message to inform the member affected by the upcoming term expiration
New Administrative User Added Message to inform the addition of new administrators to the system
New Administrator Confirmation Confirmation message that new administrators received after being added to the system. Please note this option cannot be disabled.
Applicant - Confirm email Confirmation message sent to applicant to confirm their application was received. Please note this option cannot be disabled.
