The final release note is provided below and contains the following improvements and fixes:

Improvements:

  • Meeting Site:
    • When adding or editing a motion that pertains to a certain voting group, only the participants who are voters within the selected voting group will be selectable as a mover or seconder
  • Packages:
    • The pre-minutes package will always have all agenda items appear in it, regardless of being prepared before or after the meeting taking place
  • Approvals:
    • When editing an Approval Groups “Available for” setting, the user must select at least one option, or an error message will appear
  • Users & Groups:
    • Users that have an eScribe Account type can have their email addresses edited within the User List
    • Users in the User List are searchable by their name or email address by using the search bar at the top of the page
    • Users in the User List can be filtered by user role and by access to the Pro App by using the filters at the top of the page
    • Users in the User List can be sorted by column. Click on the Full Name, Email, Status or App column to sort the list
  • Templates – Meeting Templates:
    • Within the Meeting Settings in the Participant tab, administrators can select which item details are available for participants to view within the meeting site
    • Within the Meeting Settings in the Visitor tab, administrators can select which item details are available for visitors to view within the meeting site
    • When the setting to hide a parent number has been chosen from the meeting template settings, the agenda items number or letter that is still displaying will retain the period that would normally display on the parent letter or number

Bug Fixes:­

  • Packages:
    • Agenda packages in the PDF version were unable to be prepared
    • A formatting issue appeared in agenda packages where the agenda title was converting the text to italics
    • Post Minutes with Attachments packages were failing to be prepared
    • The minutes packages displayed large amounts of unwanted spacing between text
  • Approvals:
    • Duplicated approval emails were being sent to approvers
  • Documents:
    • Document properties, specifically the motion text, was appearing blank when selecting the document option “Attach to new agenda item”
  • Templates – Meeting Templates:
    • An error appeared while trying to create a meeting template
    • Users were unable to insert hyperlinks within the meeting template textboxes
  • Administration – Settings:
    • Logos were unable to be uploaded
